Shit. They won't accept my credit card. Something about secure payment not being activated. I'll have to wait until 'normal' sale starts, next Wednesday, and see what happens then.

I got my ticket! :Hoorah Image Image Image Image Image Image

I went to the ticket office at Fnac, asked for one for Richard's concert, and it went,

- I think they're not available yet.
- :eh?
- Oh, yes, they are, don't worry. It's good you've come, because a friend of mine asked me to warn him when they went on sale.

So there will be an audience of at least two at that show.

I got my ticket too!!! For Barcelona's gig, but check out the venue as it's in Apolo (a much better place than Bikini, though maybe a bit smaller...). Looking forward to it!!!

Smoke Fairies are support for the European gigs.

Oh, I had expected it to be Lisa Hannigan. I didn't know her before, but I've liked what I've been listening to in YouTube. But Smoke Fairies are great, too. Good choice.

I've been trying to find a place where they sell tickets for this gig, but I have found none. It's as if that show had vanished into thin air. There are tickets for Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and even Lisbon, but no trace of Cartagena. I have even called the venue (both to the phone in their web site and to that in the phone directory), but there's no one there this evening. Their web site doesn't list the show, but it doesn's list anything, for that matter. But the usual concert, cinema and theatre sites don't list it, either. If you want, I can carry on trying to contact them, either by phone or through the contact form in their site, to ask them whether the tickets are already on sale and where.

cheers that would be great. I want to get tickets for my brother in law a his wife. They live near Murcia which is not too far from cartagena. I got them tickets for the last concert Richard played in Murcia, now they love Richard music

I've called the theatre about three times this week (I left a post-it note by the phone, but the main problem is I seldom use the phone, so I haven't seen it very often). It seems to be closed all the time (or at least in the afternoons-evenings). I've written to them asking whether tickets can only be bought at the box office, so let's hope they'll answer soon (by the looks of their web site, I wonder whether the contact form works!) What's strange is that for the two shows that are now in their programme, they say tickets are sold at ticketmaster.com, but even though they seem to be selling tickets for all of Richard's concerts in Spain and Portugal, Cartagena is not listed among them.

I'll let you know as soon as I know anything. Yes, Cartagena is in the province of Murcia, so it would be very handy for your brother-in-law and his wife. The other closest show would be that in Malaga, but that's not very near them.

carl, they haven't answered yet. I've phoned them again, but I don't seem to find the right time when they're in the office. But today I've seen the first ad for the concerts in a magazine, and they only mention the other three (Madrid, Malaga and Barcelona). Might they have cancelled the Cartagena one? I haven't heard anything about that, but it's strange that tickets can be found nowhere.

Er, I've just found that Murcia's local newspaper of 1st September talks about the gig in Cartagena. So it seems it's still on.

Here it is: http://www.ticktackticket.com/entradas/goto.do?claves=.49579&origin=NVIV. Maybe it's just a matter of their not selling them until the month before the concert... But at least they could have answered to my e-mail .
