Top, top night last night. Heaton & the band were superb and some fantastic tunes being spun by DJ Hawley.

Was great to meet you Richard and thank you for contributing your services to a special place - there's not enough of them; I hope you enjoyed the evening! ..>

Aye top night,it was funny though all the dj gear was a bit ropey but it worked sort of,the belt drive on the right hand deck started randomly speeding up and slowing down but no one seemed to notice I was laughing my head off at the end, great to meet you too mate,it's so important venues like the Adelphi stay open for young bands to learn their craft without them there will be a really huge void I was more than happy to help out in a small way,Paul Heaton and friends were great as usual I enjoyed the whole night, but after djaying Saturday night at the plug with Jarvis,Steve Mackey and Pipes I'm flippin knackered today I'm off to beddy byes, night folks

No doubt it'll be the one you won't spill the beans on that I was on about! It had a great groove to it.

To be fair there wasn't a bad record amongst any of your selection. Oh and I'll be checking out 13th floor elevators this evening.
