Now, should I be fortunate enough to bag a couple of tickets, Roundhouse.........

Upstairs?
Downstairs?
Seats / All Standing?
Parking?
Hotels?

Any info / tips are welcome.

Cheers

Make sure it's not a Sunday night or you will miss the last tube, as I did when I went to see H recently.

And hotels are much of a muchness. Depends what you want – a bunk for the night nearby or something a bit nicer.

Primrose Hill Apartments are supposed to be quite nice and I know a lot of special places but they're a little bit away. Depends if you want to make a stay of it or not.

Not saying anything about who you're going to see... nothing... x

Cheers Helen.

Crashed and Burned on the Website pre sale this morning, so fingers crossed for general public
sale on Friday morning.

It's a shame it's only 2 tickets per person or I could get 4 and take you and Craig to show you
what you're missing! ..>

Excellent. A night out to enjoy that nasal, whiney, blithering cockend's right on ramblings and delightfully soothing tones.

I'm sure i'd love Radiohead too.

Just figuring out if it's me you are trying to call a blithering cockend... this is possibly too clever a retort for me.

Regardless, I have just got tickets to see Stevie in Hyde Park on July 10. I wouldn't normally pay good money to see music in the middle of a field but this is obviously an exception.

And am travelling to Rotterdam the Friday before to see The Roots.

Obviously, in the light of the above, a trip to see Radiohead, even at the gorgeous and beautiful Roundhouse, would be abhorrent in the extreme. But thanks for asking. As my mother would say, be polite, even if you would rather eat your own shit... x

:*: :*: :*:

On a more serious note......Tickets on pre sale yesterday, supposedly secure and just for the true fan,
are now on Stubhub, and in the US are listed at $2500 - $5000 for Madison Square Garden!

How come the feckin pond life always manage to get tickets!

Bastards!

daft idea? the band/venue sell tickets at silly prices (eg £1200-), but you get most of it refunded when you turn up on the night with the credit card used to buy them.

Wasn't it the case a while ago that the major ticket sellers were alleged to have links with second hand sellers - effectively selling to themselves to sell on again at massive profits - so the touting transferred from Del Boy to the corporate entity...

Anyway you're right support Wagon Wheel Media and others like it.

Like it - although some folks may not have a mega credit limit - you could always apply for it to be increased - but daft ideas are good.

Am I missing something? Did you say that people are paying £1,200 to see Radiohead? And in Camden? Not Barbados or the Cayman Islands? With travel and accommodation included? Further proof, if any were needed, that we live in a fucked up world, truly made more fucked up by fuck wits...

Tell me you'd never do such a thing, Egg? Say it isn't so...x
