I'm sorry if this looks self indulgent but my husband, Michael died 6 weeks ago and I am still in denial I suppose and just writing this in black and white on here somehow helps make it sink in..........I have tried to be strong and hold back crying in front of people but now I feel free to let the tears fall in front of the words on my computer screen.......

Jane, I am so, so sorry. I don't have many words, but my heart goes out to you.
Please don't think it indulgent of you to tell us all. I'm glad you have. Be kind to yourself and let yourself cry. We're here for you.
Jxx

So, so sorry lovely Jane. Big hugs to you, darling. In my experience, holding things in isn't always the best thing. Lots of love. xxxxxx

Look after yourself - being strong is overrated - crying theraputic - keep in touch.

Sending you my love Jane, you must be feeling so alone without Michael. There is no right or wrong way to grieve - do whatever you want to do. x

I'm so terribly sorry. I cannot imagine. Don't let anyone tell you how to grieve, for how long, anything. I hope you have family and friends who are surrounding you and giving you comfort. Losing my husband is my greatest fear in life. I know you're devastated. I wish I knew some magic words that would help to soothe you. All I can think of is, that even though it absolutely may not look like it right now, somehow and some way you will be all right. Tell yourself every day, I will be all right. Take care of you. Be good and kind to yourself. Much love.
